long time no blog
hi everyone...
i know i haven't blogged in a month, but trust me, i've had good reasons: finals, a wedding to go to and family time in Texas.
most notably, however, i've been struggling for several months now with my health and its effects on school, relationships and even work.
while i was in Texas, i was diagnosed with Seasonal Affective Disorder, which is a part of the depression i've been suffering from for the past year (and probably longer).
i won't go into detail as to what exactly happened this semester, but know that it was my most difficult to date, and i almost didn't finish. my relationships with those closest to me suffered, and even women at work noticed.
i'm on a new medication and after about a week of being on it, i can finally feel it working. the "fog" i've lived in for so long seems like it's slowly starting to lift... despite the actual fog that still envelops the city in which i live.
